Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Pet Horizon, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, especially if they have been opened or used.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at admin@pethorizon.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@pethorizon.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.
