Shipping Locations

Pet Horizon currently ships within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UK time)

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will usually be processed the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Fully Tracked & Signed service to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location within the UK.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through the Royal Mail tracking system.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Pet Harbor cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at admin@pethorizon.co.uk and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
